ID freaking pisses me off. I call on Wed to start service and then figured out that Rumpke (sp) were the ones that went ahead and continued to picked up my garbage so I called right back and canceled it. Then by Friday I had a ID cart. So I call and cancel. Saturday, ID charges me the 3 months prebill. I call today to cancel AGAIN. Then because I said refund it meant that I wanted a check. Um no. You people shouldn't have charged my f-ing card in the first place. I had called again because the billing girl was out to lunch and never called me. So they call to tell me of this refund by check crap and then the girl is out til Mon. Yeah, only she can do credit my card back! I've decided to keep their cart til they give me my money back. And now I am happy I'm not doing business with them.

I must speak another language... "Hi, I received a billing statement for a credit. Would that be charged back to my card or will I be sent a check later?"
"I'm sorry I don't understand what it is you want."
I proceed to repeat myself slowly. Comcast sucks. Their online billing has been down since Thurs., too.

Hmm, who else can I call so I can get annoyed? LOL Oh wait, I can't wash my vehicle because I only have one outside spigot. There is one on the back wall of the garage. I may move the hose to that one but it's still a pain for watering the other side of the house since I didn't buy a hose that long.
